First off; don't worry. This is really simple! Thats why they call it "really simple syndication" (rss).

First you need to set up a free acount at:

Feed Digest http://www.feeddigest.com/

Just follw the easy instructions to get started.

They let you create and store feeds here. (Free)

Java script is the easiest to use. But the search engines can't see it.

php and HTML work great and can be seen.
